Kid University operates Monday through Friday, August through May, with holiday breaks scheduled to coincide with the La Porte ISD Calendar. A yearly calendar of events and closings is published in August each year.

Kid U provides a Breakfast Club for all students from 7:30 AM which includes a hot breakfast and play time in centers. The cost is $5 a day.

Children not in the Breakfast Club may arrive no earlier than 8:40 and all children must be picked up no later than 2:10.

Classes start at 9AM and will end at 2PM. Academic learning will start at 9. The entire day is filled with hands on curriculum, designated lunch and playground times.

Parents are expected to drop off and pick up their children on time. A charge will be assessed for late pick-up. Kid U will offer an after school program beginning in the Fall of 2013 care. Currently we do not provide evening, weekend, or summer care.
